Access Checklist

Confirm you have login credentials or access to every platform listed above before your first week. If anything is missing, flag it in Slack immediately so we can get you set up.

Live Reporting Dashboards

Each client has a Looker Studio dashboard for monitoring campaign performance and KPIs. These should be checked regularly, especially before client meetings and when preparing weekly reports.

Global Guard Insurance

Tracks Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead performance across all campaigns. Review before every client call and when compiling weekly reports.

Open Dashboard

Unleash Your Team

Covers ad performance, lead volume, and key staffing metrics. Use this to monitor campaign health and identify trends week over week.

When to Check Dashboards

Review dashboards at minimum once per week (before compiling the weekly report). Also check them whenever a client asks about performance, and before any scheduled client meeting or call.

Standard Workflows & Expectations

These are the recurring workflows you will follow. Consistency is critical for keeping both accounts healthy and clients confident in our work.

1

Weekly Performance Reports

Pull data from the Looker Studio dashboards and ad platforms. Compile a clear summary of spend, leads, and key metrics. Deliver to the client on the same day each week.

2

Ad Management & Optimization

Review Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns regularly. Monitor budgets, add negative keywords, test new creatives, and flag any anomalies (sudden spend spikes, low CTR, high CPA).

3

SEO: Monthly Blog Posts

Each client requires 10 blog posts per month. Research keywords, write optimized content, and publish through WordPress. Run the site audit tool monthly and fix any flagged errors.

4

Lead & CRM Management

For Global Guard: manage the CRM pipeline, ensure leads are distributed correctly, and QA automations. For Unleash: track lead quality and ensure SMS/email workflows are firing properly.

5

Website Maintenance

Monitor both client websites for bugs, broken links, and content updates. For Global Guard, manage Jotform lead forms. For Unleash, report and track bug fixes.

6

Content & Creative Review

Review ad creatives, blog content, and landing page copy before publishing. Ensure everything aligns with the client's brand voice and goals.

Communication Expectations

How we communicate internally and what is expected of you.

💬

Slack is Our Primary Channel

All internal communication runs through Slack. You are expected to be available and responsive during work hours. When a team member or manager reaches out, respond quickly. If you are working on something, a brief acknowledgment goes a long way. We move fast, and clear communication keeps everything running smoothly.

Response Time

Aim to respond to Slack messages within a few minutes during work hours. If something requires a longer answer, acknowledge the message immediately and follow up with details as soon as possible. Clients and team members rely on quick turnaround.

Current Project

There is one active project that needs your attention right away.

What We Need From You

Review the staging site thoroughly. Note any feedback on visual design, content accuracy, page structure, mobile responsiveness, and overall layout. Document your notes and share them in Slack so the team can begin revisions.

You are all set.

This guide covers everything you need to hit the ground running on both accounts. If you have questions, drop them in Slack. We are here to help.
